Ashwin Grover

As co-founder and Director of Triforium, Ash draws on his firsthand experience as a founder and operator to build, invest in, and acquire enterprises that marry strong commercial performance with a meaningful social footprint.

He cut his teeth in his family’s distribution business in Nigeria, gaining an early, lasting respect for what it takes to build from the ground up. Ash later brought that entrepreneurial drive to Storal, co-founding the business alongside Varun and expanding it over a decade from a single nursery in Kent into one of the UK’s largest early years groups, spanning over 60 sites.

Having initially led Storal’s day-to-day operations, Ash shifted his focus to long-term strategy and corporate development as the business grew, eventually stepping back to Non-Executive Director after embedding a seasoned executive team.

Prior to Storal, Ash spent several years at Amazon across the UK and US, developing an instinct for operational rigour and scaling at pace. He holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BSc in Economics and Management from the University of Bristol.

Based in London with his wife and two children, Ash spends his time outside of work playing tennis and padel, and losing hours to chess - a game he plays enough to know how much he still has to learn.
